Activia Chocolate Chia Pudding
1 ½ cup Activia Plain yogurt
1 cup unsweetened plant-based beverage
¼ cup + 1 tbsp cacao powder
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp instant coffee
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup chia seeds
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours)
Serve with more Activia yogurt, strawberries, cacao nibs and hazelnuts.
