Apple Crumble Yogurt Bowl
Oat, hemp and coconut crumble:
- ¼ cup oat flakes
- 2 tablespoons hemp
- 1 tablespoon chopped coconut
- 1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
- ½ tablespoon sugarcane
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the preparation on it and bake for 12 minutes, until crispy and golden in color. Reserve.
Caramelized apples:
- 1 peeled and diced apple
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Preparation:
Place the diced apples, the cinnamon and maple syrup in a hot pan. Cook until apples are cooked and slightly caramelized. Reserve. Pour the yogurt at the bottom of a bowl and add a dash of maple syrup. Top a bowl of Activia Vanilla with the caramelized apples, the oat-coconut crumble and the chia seeds.
